The most natural thing we experience in life is getting older. Considering the alternative everyone should be happy to be getting older but we all know it doesn’t work that way. A healthy diet consists of eating fresh fruits and vegetables, limiting harmful fats, eating ample grains and fish, and foods that are high in antioxidants. Tomatoes are a great source of antioxidants as well as Vitamins A, B, C, and E. Antioxidants help counter act the free radicals in your body and produces enzymes that help stabilize collagen production keeping your skin healthy and moisturized. Excessive alcohol intakes deprives your skin of nutrients vital to healthy skin and dehydrates the skin that can lead to a reddish tone to skin as well as dilated or broken blood vessels across the cheeks and nose.

It will also help greatly in lowering stress levels in your life. A good nights sleep makes things in the morning light appear more manageable.
You only have one skin and it is up to you to take care of your skin after 35 if you want it to have a nice appearance and more importantly, efficient in its purpose.
